We accept cash, check and/or Venmo, Zelle. Payments must be paid in full either in advance or at time of service.
Waggin’ Tails Pet Sitting requires an initial consultation to provide our services. We will arrange a time for us to come over and meet you and your pet(s), to make sure it's a good fit. This requires a $25 non refundable fee that goes towards your first booking.
Shot Records/Collar Policy:
Waggin’ Tails Pet Sitting does everything in their power to ensure the safety of not only your home but your pets as well. We ask that you do the same for us. We do require all of your pets shots are up to date and ask for a copy of these shot records for our files. Also in the best interest of your pets, we do require that all pets under Waggin’ Tails Pet Sitting supervision wear their collar at all times.
Emergency Visit Policy:
Waggin’ Tails understands that circumstances might arise while you are out of town. Cars break down, flights are missed/canceled, etc. If you do find yourself in a situation where you do need to schedule an extra visit, please contact us immediately and let us know. Your pets’ welfare is our number one goal, and we will settle compensation once you are home safe.
Same Day Scheduling:
Waggin’ Tails Pet Sitting understands things might come up and you need to make an emergency trip out of town. Depending on the nature of your emergency, there may be a small fee for last minute scheduling.
We love referrals, and are willing to pay for them! For any referral of Pet Sitting services, a $20 credit will be issued to the referrer after the second referred client booking. For any referral of Daily Walks/Working Week bookings, a $50 credit will be issued after the second full week of referred client booking. These credits will be issued on the next booking by the referrer. Be sure they drop your name when booking us, and thanks for helping us spread the word!
